Approx. 60 minutes, may be slightly longer for a first appointment.

Appointment for all reasons, including fertility.

Booking online is easy via my booking site and saves me considerable admin time, hence I'm paying that back in offering a discount to people that book online. 

60mins, includes a 1:1 training session in how to do acupressure and acupuncture yourself, acupuncture treatment by me and ear seed and needles starter pack. You will need to subscribe separately to the app. See website.

It's done by you, to suit you! Personally I love giving myself a 20 minute acupuncture session (two needles only, very easy to do!) last thing at night, whilst I'm in bed. So afterwards I fall straight to sleep.  Bliss!

This programme is great for those specific one-off events or a particular aspect of your life. For deeper, more sustained transformation a longer programme is recommended.

Over 6 weeks you will receive a fusion of the best coaching, hypnotherapy, acupuncture and psychosensory techniques wrapped up in Emma's enjoyable, positive style! Two hourly online sessions per week, plus between session support, access to my self-acupuncture app.

Payable at the start (10% discount), or in 2 instalments.

Over 12 weeks you will receive a fusion of the best coaching, hypnotherapy, acupuncture and psychosensory techniques wrapped up in Emma's enjoyable, positive style! Two hourly online sessions per week, plus between session support, access to my self-acupuncture app. Sessions can be flexibly re-arranged with mutual agreement.

Payable at the start (10%) discount or in 3 instalments.

Double the 12 week programme but with more than double the benefits...an even longer programme fully allows for a more profound and lasting transformation. So that new techniques become second nature habits.

Two hourly online sessions per week, plus between session support, self-acupuncture app access, and goal creation and monitoring. Sessions can be flexibly re-arranged with mutual agreement.
