Booking online is easy via my booking site and saves me considerable admin time, hence I'm paying that back in offering a discount to people that book online.
60mins, includes a 1:1 training session in how to do acupressure and acupuncture yourself, acupuncture treatment by me and ear seed and needles starter pack. You will need to subscribe separately to the app. See website.
It's done by you, to suit you! Personally I love giving myself a 20 minute acupuncture session (two needles only, very easy to do!) last thing at night, whilst I'm in bed. So afterwards I fall straight to sleep. Bliss!

A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment is politely requested. Less notice than this will be charged at the full session price. Thank you for understanding. I accept cash, bank transfers or card payments...perhaps even at the moment some gardening!!
